If you are looking for a SPECIFIC medication, product or treatment, NO PROBLEM! Our partner pharmacies have a wide range of products we are able to prescribe, while we just focus on a few of the most common. If you would like us to prescribe a medication for you, you must become a patient. You will start by completing our INTAKE FORM. We will register you as at patient and send you an email to register for our PATIENT PORTAL. Patient Ally offers a HIPPA compliant messaging system for us to discuss your care as we value your privacy. Once you have paid the $100.00 fee for the medical consult with our clinician, you will be sent an email to log into our Telehealth platform at your convenience. The medical clearance exam will ensure the treatment plan you select is safe for you based on your reported personal health history. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the medication you are requesting. We do not accept insurance for payment of consult fees or products. If you are picking up medication from a local pharmacy you may use your insurance if the medication is covered. We do not process any prior authorizations. Every patient's requirements and freqency for follow up consultations with refill are different. We have chosen a per consult billing structure instead of a monthly membership fee. Please keep in mind all refills require a medical consultation to document effectiveness, manage side effects and establish a plan for ongoing treatment goals. If your medical clearance exam identifies any concerns, a message will be sent to our medical director who will contact you to discuss the options you may choose from based on your medical history. In some cases, we may just need a letter of collaboration from your primary care provider or specialist agreeing to the treatment. Collaborative care meaning, they see you in person on a regular basis to physically examine you, order and review diagnostic testing. We are able to order some diagnostic tests specific to your treatment plan.
